Hi, I’m Amy — Founder and Owner of Richmond Rugs. My journey with rugs started long before Richmond Rugs officially came to life. Back in 2020, I launched what was then known as Alchemy Décor, inspired by years of sourcing vintage pieces both personally and professionally. A natural shift toward specializing in rugs felt right, and in 2023, after Richmond Rugs was reborn — this time named in honour of my late father.

Rooted in a love for sustainability, character, and timeless design, Richmond Rugs is all about bringing enduring beauty into your home. I still get butterflies every time I open a new shipment — a sure sign that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.
